All the nine accused in the Thabo Bester escape saga are expected at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. In the last appearance, both the convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester and Dr Nandipha Magumana appeared virtually from Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Facility and Kroonstad prison. Since then, other four accused were denied bail while Natassja Jansen was released on ten thousand rand bail. Meanwhile, one of the police investigators into the Thabo Bester escape case, Brigadier Jackson Mkhaulesi died. For more we are now joined by legal analyst, Ulrich Roux.
