We are getting some inspiration from Lauren Giraldo and doing a variation on her 12-3-30 tread workout. It is still 30 minutes at 3 MPH, but we are starting from 2.5% incline and increasing by 0.5% every 90 seconds. We will hit 12% at the last interval!
30 minutes of a walking progression hill climb!
