At least 6 people are believed to have been killed following an explosion in central Istanbul, with a further 81 wounded. The blast struck the city's crowded Is-stick-lal avenue, which was packed with weekend shoppers and tourists, with Turkish President Recep Tyyip Erdogan saying the explosion 'smells like terrorism'.
