Paper always contributes to the final outcome of your piece, now while I strongly believe that all design if good design can look good on any paper, paper can change the outcome, the final outcome of your piece, the most basic sample that you've got is a basic card stock, now that's going to be heavy weight, its going to be smooth to the touch, its a good basic all around paper, comes in white, comes in natural white, often come in a number of different colors and it takes all inks, now moving on to more specialty or textured papers, you have a lot of options out there, first one I'm going to talk about today is this lead paper that has this little lines and ridges, this paper really contributes to this very modern feel and you can actually feel the texture when you get closer up to it. And this you can see is a nice fuzzy to the touch, really thick kind of stock, this makes it feel a lot more luxurious and interesting, we made it just a little bit more expensive, this is a craft stock, its so reminiscent of basic things, of grocery bags and lunch bags and you know anything just basic in your life, so the beautiful thing about using craft is that it feels like your making something inexpensive into something luxurious and terribly interesting, its also great if having outdoor event so if your feeling a little bit adventurous or if you want to up the luxury of your invitations, make sure to check out all different kinds of paper stocks that your designer or your printer offer.
