केशर अंगुरी रबडी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
केशर रबडी
• १/२ लिटर फुल क्रीम किंवा म्हशीचं दूध
• काही एव्हरेस्टच्या केशराच्या काड्या
• १ चमचा एव्हरेस्टचा केशर मिल्क मसाला
• १२५ ग्रॅम किसलेला खवा
• १ चमचा कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• पाणी
• १/४ कप साखर
अंगुरी बॉल्स
• २०० ग्रॅम पनीर
• १ चमचा कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• ३ कप पाणी
• १ कप साखर
• बर्फाचं पाणी

Keshar angoori rabdi is a delicious recipe. This is the best option to offer as Naivedya to Ganapati bappa. So you can call this Ganapati special recipe. It is a real quick recipe that can be made within 30 minutes. You don’t have to make paneer or reduce the milk. This is simple and instant recipe. It looks nice and tastes just awesome. Ingredients:
Keshar Rabdi
• 1/2 liter full cream or full fat Milk
• Few Everest Saffron strands
• 1 tsp Everest Keshar milk masala
• 125 gm grated Khoya / Mawa
• 1 tsp Corn flour
• Water
• 1/4 cup Sugar
Angoori Balls
• 200 gm Paneer
• 1 tsp Corn flour
• 3 cups Water
• 1 cup Sugar
• Ice cold Water
Method:
Keshar Rabdi
• Heat up milk on medium heat and add Everest saffron. Mix well.
• Add Everest keshar milk masala and mix well.
• Add khoya and mix well.
• Add water in corn flour to make slurry and add this slurry into the milk.
• You can use milk in place of water.
• Mix well and boil for just 5 minutes. Add sugar and mix well.
• Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
Angoori Balls
• Crumble paneer in food processor and add corn flour.
• You can use maida In place of corn flour.
• Blend it together in food processor until paneer comes together like dough and transfer it into
a dish.
• You can use mixer in place of food processor.
• Make small round balls from the mixture.
• Heat up water in a pan and add sugar.
• Boil until sugar is melted. No need to make syrup.
• Drop angoori balls into the boiling water and cover the pan.
• Boil the angoori balls on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
• When the balls turn fluffy, turn off the gas and let them sit in the pan for another 5 minutes.
• Take the angoori balls out of the water, drain all the water from it and transfer them into ice
cold water.
• After about 5 minutes, take the balls out of the ice cold water, squeeze as much water as
possible from thm and drop into the rabdi.
• Let them soak in the rabdi for at least 4-5 hours.
• Keshar angoori rabdi is all ready.
• You can store this angoori rabdi in freeze for about 3-4 days. Make sure the angoori balls are
soaked well in rabdi.
