Bueng Kan is a province in Northeast Thailand. It is also the name of the provincial capital which this video partly covers. Bueng Kan Province was formally established on March 23, 2011. The population is 424.091 and total land area is 4003 square km or 1546 square miles. This video shows a drive through the town from a non-touristic perspective. The aim is to give an idea of what the town is like and what to expect there. This is a peaceful place with easy-going people. The Mekong River, a main attraction of Bueng Kan, is the 12th longest river in the world and sets its mark on this province.
