Today’s Pilates session is set up as a daily routine to help tone your full body—legs, glutes, abs, arms, and back. There’s a short break in the middle so you can take a breather and hydrate, especially if you're new to this. The Pilates exercises I chose are easy to follow but really work to tighten everything up. You can do this Pilates workout every day to stay active and feel good 😎

☉ Level: beginner
Take your time and always listen to your body: if you need a break, hit pause anytime.
