I previewed 3 houses this morning in St. Louis, and all 3 had driveways and walkways that were covered in snow.

Now, it’s one thing of it just snowed, but it was like 5 days ago when it snowed here.

So there’s really no excuse for this.

When your house has snow and ice covered driveways and walkways you’re making it very inconvenient, not to mention potentially dangerous, for potential buyers to get from their car into your house.

Plus, think about how all of that snow, slush & sludge on their feet will make your floors look. 😝
