Unfortunately most people are very scared of root canal
treatment more so I think probably we do it under local anaesthesia, patients are very conscious about the treatment and when they see nail is coming towards and get scared but root canal treatment is not at all painful. If the patient is experiencing any sort of pain we anticipate that area and make sure that they don’t experience any pain. Following the Root Canal Therapy there may be little of discomfort but there is no pain that cannot be controlled by over the counter medication or prescription drugs with your dentist may give you.
