The northbound lanes of Interstate 65 remain closed between the State Road 26 and State Road 25 exits as crews make necessary repairs to the structure over the Wildcat Creek. Although the Indiana Department of Transportation anticipates the work to be finished Thursday morning, the question of why the repairs weren't caught before now still remains.
