and today I'm going to show you the right way to put a wedding ribbon on your wedding car.

First you'll need a ribbon, now you will need about six metres of it,
try to get a nice strong ribbon, dont go for the papery or plastic type ones as they
will rip, and they will also mark you paint and damage the paint on the front of your bonnet.


the next step is to grab one end of the ribbon, and tie around the hinge located on your sunvisor,
and I like to put a loop in it - that way it makes it easier to take off later, and make that nice and tight

Put it through the door frame, leave the door open. Throw the ribbon across the bonnet.Now if you flatten
it out so theres no twists on there, and keep it up as high as you can. That way if you do have to use
the wipers, and it is raining on your wedding day - which is quite unfortunate at least the wipers wont
tangle with your ribbon.

Next we straighten the ribbon out, so that its nice and flat on one side, and lift up the bonnet and thread
it through the bonnet catch, this is normally a good spot for most cars, otherwise find a hole in the
bonnet and you might be able to poke it in one hole and out the other.

Hold the boonet up with something like a water bottle, i normally have plastic polypipe cut to length
The length isnt really that important, just sit it under the bonnet so that it doenst close.

Now your ready to tie off the other side to the other side sunvisor, the same way as what we did previously.

Ok, all we do now is take out the support that was holding our bonnet up, drop the bonnet down. We should have
a nice firm ribbon and that will be good to go down the highway at 1000 kilometres down the highway if you need to
and it wont interfere with your wipers either, and it will look really good for the day of your wedding.

(How do I remove the ribbon)

All you need to do is to grab the loose end, and if youve tied it correctly just give it a pull, and that will
come loose straight away.
