Over time I found that when drilling guard passing you want to be able to connect your techniques because most likely you won’t be able to pass the guard with only one move.
You want to create “ muscle memory” and the best way to do that is combing techniques while passing the guard.
⏰ For more advanced athletes I will use a timer and drill it for 5-8 rounds of 1 minute OR 30 seconds if you do it after class.
