Easy - walking, or lack there of!

Today I talk about how losing the ability to walk due to FND has impacted me.
⠀
It’s not actually the loss but more the fluctuations around my ability to walk that I struggle with.
⠀
But I love my wheelchair and I urge you, if you feel that any mobility device might help you be more independent, feel less pain or get less fatigued then just GET THE DAMN THING!!

I understand the psychological difficulties around whether or not to “give in” but my advice? Just do it!!
