Lemon pie recipe 🍋
Recipe:
170 g butter
170 g flour
170 g sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt
Zest of 2 lemons (yellow)
Juice of 1 lemon
Bake at
180 ‘C/350 F
50-60 min
Decorate with or without berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar! Enjoy 🫶🏻
