Try out this tradtional gujarati side dish or sabzi namely raw papaya sambhara which is super delicious and satvik. With limited ingredients this is a quick recipe for all time.
Servings - 4 to 5
Ingredients :
250 gm raw papaya
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp musturd seed
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 slitted green chilli
2 non spicy chillies
Salt to taste
½ cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup gram flour or besan
Coriander leaves for garnishing
