A family in South Mugirango, Kisii County is crying for justice for their kin, who was beheaded a year ago, and body parts left dumped in a sack. No arrest has been made since the dreadful incident occurred, even as police insist investigations into the killing are ongoing. They are now calling upon the new DCI Boss to take up the matter, for justice to prevail.
