The Bosch PBD 40 drill press is very popular and for good reason. It does a fine job and has a small footprint for the average diy shop. Combine that with a laser pointer, lamp and a digital depth gauge and it makes many drilling and the like tasks easy to perform with some precision.
However the wheel handle to move the quill and the head up and down, whilst integral to the design, can be a little testing.
So I designed and printed an auxiliary handle (knob) that attaches anywhere on the existing wheel and provides much better ergonomics.
