Induction
Induction entails welcoming new hires into the culture and performance environment of the company. It is a short-term activity that can be done on the first day of employment.

Orientation
Orientation motivates the new employee to know the policy and guidelines of the organization.

Onboarding
Onboarding shows the journey of the new hire, from signing the employment contract to joining a work team.
