An American plane passenger made international headlines when he was filmed slapping a flight attendant after she hit him for screaming and spitting at her has said he plans to file a complaint against the airline for racism. The incident occurred when American couple Santana and his wife Ariel were flying from the Ghanian capital Accra to the Belgian capital Brussels with Brussels Airlines on 13th March.
