To make junctions safer many roundabouts were created. In this video you can see how drivers and cyclists interact on a Dutch roundabout with a separate cycle path. The cyclists have the right of way. There is no separate law for that. Cyclists have priority simply because they are on the roundabout and the drivers enter and leave the roundabout. Traffic on the roundabout has the right of way so that is the cyclists. Special is that the cyclists can go two ways on the cycle path of the roundabout. That took some getting used to by drivers. This example is in the city of 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands.
