Bryant Cook plays NeoBrand in a Legacy League on Magic: The Gathering Online! These matches were played on: 11/21/22

Is this the fastest Legacy league ever? It has to be close!

Let's break down how this Simic deck works, initially, we're looking to cast an Allosaurus Rider (or search for it using Summoner's Pact). After that, we use our fast mana in Lotus Petal or Elvish Spirit Guide into the deck's namesake — Neoform. Although, Eldritch Evolution can also work but is more costly.

At this point, we search for Griselbrand and put it on the battlefield. Activate Griselbrand until you've drawn Nourishing Shoal. We can now use Summoner's Pact to find Autochthon Wurm, enabling two more Griselbrand activations. We've drawn enough cards to cast Laboratory Maniac.

If you're thinking this deck must be a glass cannon (it does win on turn 1), it has a full playset of Pact of Negation, Veil of Summer, AND Allosaurus Shepherd.
