This is a video demonstration that digs into a manual gearbox oil change on a Fiat Panda 1.2 petrol 2011 model.
Be extra careful on how you lift and stabilize your car!
As you see,
there are 2 bolts.
1 one is a female 12mm screw so you need a 12mm Allen or a ratchet with a male 12mm nut.
This is the fill screw.
Your car needs 1.65L of 75W-80 synthetic lubricant.
My manual suggests TUTELA ZC 75 SYNTH, but I couldn't find locally. So I bought another brand BUT at the specified 75W-80 viscosity. So check your car manual before you buy...
The 2nd screw is a small 8mm female screw that is located on the bottom & back of the fill screw. This is the empty screw and it may be tricky to find. You need an 8mm Allen or a ratchet with an 8mm MALE nut.
To pump the lubricant into the gearbox, you will also need a special hand pump.

TEST results after change:
There is a big difference during shifts. It is like you have butter between the gears. Also some small but annoying sounds have gone away. My car has 37.000kms but as I bought it used I'd like to do a change just to be sure. Fiat suggests that you do a change at 40.000kms
