This is a patient that underwent a #vitrectomy surgery for a retinaldetachment 3 weeks ago.

During the surgery we used special liquids inside the eye that are heavier than water and are useful to flatten and reattach the Retina.

The holes in the retina that caused the detachment were treated with laser and the patient could return to normal activities in 2 weeks.
