Football boss and entrepreneur Karren Brady has been signed up by Avon to mentor and inspire their famous ladies.
The vice-chairman of West Ham United FC, who is also right-hand woman to Sir Alan Sugar on TV's The Apprentice, will offer business advice and practical skills.
The cosmetics company said the partnership would involve Ms Brady taking on a "mentoring role" to motivate the self-employed representatives to increase their sales.
Speaking to Sky News, she said companies such as Avon offered women the chance to strike a balance between their careers and family life, something she never had when she started her family.
In 1996, she famously went back to work within three days of giving birth to her first child while managing director of Birmingham City FC.
"One of the key messages for all women is that you don't have to have an ambition to run a global bank and you don't have to be at home just running a family," she said.
"There is a combination between the two things, there are other opportunities out there to find that combination."
Ms Brady will initially shadow an Avon representative "to gain an insight into the day-to-day workings of a modern day, direct selling entrepreneur" and will mentor the women at events throughout the year, the company said.

Other high-profile women associated with Avon include actress Reese Witherspoon and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie.
Ms Brady began her career at 18 with LBC Radio before moving on to Saatchi & Saatchi as a junior account handler.
She later became managing director of Birmingham City from 1993 to 2009, during which time she turned the club's fortunes around.
