15min Pilates Reformer Workout: Legs, Abs and Cardio
Who doesn’t love a fun twist on lunges?
In this 15 min pilates workout we will be working on lunges that target the glutes, quads and abdominals, while incorporating jumping lunge variations to improve cardiovascular health and of course burn calories!
Lastly we will be adding planks and push ups to involves the upper body. If your looking for a faster paced pilates workout that will target your whole body this one is for you!
