This presentation will give an overview of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) indoor air quality standards, primarily focused on non-residential/non-healthcare facilities, summarize pandemic guidance as presented in the ASHRAE Epidemic Task Force Core Recommendations and elaborated in other guidance documents, and speculate about how standards could change in the future because of the pandemic and in the context of heightened awareness of the need to improve indoor air quality.
