Remy has eaten brain, intestines, heart, lungs and liver, but he hasn't yet gotten his hands on thymus or kidney. Until now. It's kidney time!
Kidneys are consumed all over the world, including in the United States. But they're not what you'd call commonly eaten here.
And elsewhere they often hide the organ meat by combining it with other meat. As a general fan of offal, Remy expected he might appreciate a good kidney, but he
wasn't quite prepared for the odd smell and strange aftertaste.
But was it enough to put him off the organ meat for good?
