Meaning ”fountain” in Turkish, Cesme is a charming and compact seaside town, so the easiest way to get around is walking. The town has a long seafront ideal for promenading, a striking castle, a bustling commercial area with plenty of shops and inexpensive eateries as well as lovely beaches. Cesme also makes an excellent base for exploring the region and archeological sites of the Aegean.
