This webinar will review a multi-step protocol to help librarians organize their thoughts as to how an existing library space might be reconfigured to meet the service needs of today. The speakers will use two recent joint projects -- one of roughly 60,000 square feet, one of roughly 20,000 square feet -- as case studies to illustrate the underlying concepts.
