Here's a head-to-head comparison of the Streamlight Microstream VS. the Streamlight Macrostream. Overall I have liked both of these lights - good size for EDC, the USB recharging option is excellent, and the price point is very reasonable. I think that overall the Microstream is the winner for me just because of it's smaller profile but if you need something with more output, the Macro is very solid as well.
