When their quiet beach town is invaded by a mysterious threat, five kids - a gamer, comic book geek, inventor, skater and martial artist - must band together and use an arsenal of homemade gadgets to fight back. Brothers Joey (Donald Bowen) and Jack Zapata (Tate Birchmore) have always been obsessed with video games, comics and the larger-than-life worlds they contain. When their quiet beach town is invaded by a mysterious swarm of flying creatures called TerraBorgs, the adventure they’ve always sought finds them. Invented by an egomaniacal young genius, Nolan (Dylan Arnold), the TerraBorgs have taken over, leaving the fate of their town...and the world in their young and capable hands. Joey and Jack band together with three friends – Trevor, a genius inventor (Mar Mar Walker), Ollie, a spunky skater (Lexee Davis), and Khalil, a skilled martial artist (Kartik Ash) -- and use their unique skills, knowledge of sci-fi mythology and an arsenal of homemade gadgets to fight back. The young heroes must fight back against the TerraBorgs using Trevor’s genius inventions including blasters, radio control vehicles, action figures and more – all of which are part of Walmart’s real-life Adventure Force toy line. Adventure Force 5 is a cinematic action/adventure movie for anyone.
