This video is part of a series of 29 short interview clips with leading scholars sharing their insights on “What are the taken-for-granted ASSUMPTIONS that underpin our current understanding of paradoxes in organizational life? And which of these assumptions need updating?” Most of these videos were taken during the annual meeting of the Academy of Management in Anaheim, California in 2016. The “1-minute video interviews” project is the brainchild of the Paradox Community of Scholars.
