Before working-out with John Cena he insists on an intense cardio warm-up followed by a long stretch - something he picked-up on a recent trip to China, hence the counting in Mandarin. Here's the first half of our stretch-out, mainly focusing on the hips, lower back and hamstrings... you can tell by my expressions and sweat dripping dripping from my face that this wasn't the most comfortable start to a workout I've ever had.
