Bail grant of , FIR was lodged after the delay 1-1/2 months & no explanation had been given by the prosecution for such delay. Accused had not been attributed any specific injury in the FIR. Re-medical examination of the victim was ordered by Medical & Bored time and again summoned him. but he didn't appear. investigation had been completed
