Today on Acrylic Pouring with Friends - Art by Tracie Reed I am doing a Swipe painting using @DecoArtPaint Enchanted shimmer Acrylic Paint, and wow! This is the best interference acrylic paint for acrylic pouring!
This acrylic pour painting demonstration is intended to be an overview of the Swipe Painting. If you would like to learn more about acrylic pouring, discuss how to use this technique, feel free to leave a reply in the comment section below, and I will answer.
The paints I used today:
DecoArt Enchanted Shimmer-Blue, Green, Gold, Violet and Magenta. Ratio 1:1
Base coat- Liquitex Basics Quinacridone Magenta mixed with Pebeo Iridescent Violet Blue
Swipe color-Amsterdam Lamp Black
My paints are mixed with my pouring medium, which is 50% Liquitex pouring medium, 40% Floetrol, 5% Golden GAC800 and 5% water.
No silicone was added.
