“We’ve seen that there's a little bit of a gap between some of the rights that they should be entitled to and the rights that they're actually being given,” says Will Batista, the Nevada State Director for the effort called Marsy’s Law, a victim’s rights push named after a young woman who was killed in California in 1983.
