President Biden's multi-trillion dollar spending proposals face an uncertain future. The president flew to Connecticut on Friday to persuade Americans in favor of his plan, "Build Back Better." At the same time, critics call it unnecessary and a dangerous expansion of government. Biden stopped at a child development center in Hartford and said that his plan would make child care more affordable or even free. Meanwhile, the White House is combing through a draft report from its Supreme Court commission. While the review did not recommend packing the court by adding more justices, it did suggest term limits. The committee is expected to hand a finalized report to the president next month. Also, the Trump-era "Remain in Mexico" policy is being implemented again under a court order. On the debt-ceiling front, President Biden signed a bill raising the nation's debt limit. The extension lasts until December. White House Correspondent Owen Jensen reports.
