Both outnumbered builds are light armour.

One build is destruction staff frontbar and resto staff backbar. It is very similar to the one from another youtube called Malcom:

Second build is my favourite with double destro. I use Crafty Alfiq on the front-bar only. Most my important skills that scale off max mag such as shields and frag are on that bar. I have the Master’s Inferno Staff on the back-bar with Amber Plasm on the body and Mighty Chudan for the resistance buff.
