WHAT'S FOR DINNER | LEMONY TUSCAN ARTICHOKE SOUP
This soup is killer! I used the recipe below for inspiration, however, I did take my liberties- I switched some things out like basil for spinach, added some new things like sausage and pasta, and took away some things like the celery. This soup is so hearty and perfect for this time of year, you have to make it!
