In this challenging environment, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings continue to be filed by airlines around the world. This session focuses on (1) the interplay between the Cape Town Convention and Schemes of Arrangement and similar proceedings in the UK and elsewhere and (2) recent Chapter 11 Cases filed by non-US airlines and the issues arising therefrom.
