Recipe for lussekatter. This is a recipe I have been using for years and the whole family really loves these.
Metric:
14 grams dry yeast / 50 grams of live yeast
5 dl. Milk
150 grams butter
250 grams Quark(kvarg) or natural yogurt
2 dl. sugar
1 gram of saffron
1 tsp. salt
17 dl. wheat flour

Imperial:
0.5 Oz dry yeast / 1.75 Oz of live yeast
2 cups Milk
5.3 Oz butter
8.8 Oz Quark
0.8 Cups sugar
0.04 Oz of saffron
1 tsp. Salt
7 cups Wheat flour
