My goal with this series is to take fancy words/concepts in the fitness and strength world and condense them in a way that is easy to understand and makes for a quick video. Because of this, I don't have much chance to cover all the nuance around these topics, as lifting is not black and white, what is "optimal" for one person may be different than what is "optimal" for the next person.
