I’ve seen these dice baseball games all over Etsy and Pinterest and such places and I had to make one for myself. But like everything I had to add to it. With the standard rules, players took turns at bat rolling dice until they got 3 outs. I added some rules variants where pitcher and batter roll against each other. Tied roll is a ball and batter beats pitcher’s roll and then checks result. If pitcher doesn’t like result they can choose to spend 1 of their 9 tokens that lets them adjust a die + or - 1. The 9 tokens represent each player on the field. Finally there’s a rule for the lead off and clean up batters. There’s some testing to do still and some design changes on the board I’d make.
Oh and finally finally, I’m making parody team tokens which will ultimately go on a playoff bracket board so you can play a season if you want.
