3 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp olive oil (save 1 tbsp butter for after garlic)
4-5 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
90 g (1/3 cup) honey (or maple syrup)
Chives (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
