The Moscow-based Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National Research University Higher School of Economics invites highly motivated international students who excel in math and are interested in studying economics or finance to apply Master's studies in Economics, Statistics, and Finance!

Offered scholarships are distributed very fast! We suggest the best-prepared students apply early to claim their awards. Scholarships are available for two Master’s programs taught in English:
· Strategic Corporate Finance;
· Economics and Economics Policy.
Soon-to-be graduates who expect to graduate by the summer of 2024 can apply online with their current transcript via the link hse.ru/admissions to start the program in September 2024, too!
Scholarship benefits!
Students with a full scholarship are exempt from paying tuition fees. Moreover, they get a free library access, free Wi-Fi on campus, subsidized housing accommodation, a student social card with a 74% discount for public transit, a free HSE branded plastic bank card, a free student ID, a free security pass/access card, and a monthly payment of about 2,000 RUB. Those interested in acquiring a new language can enroll in the one-year prep course of Russian language, which is also available for free.
Full-stipend students bear the costs of accommodation in the subsidized student dormitory, food, medical insurance, and public transit, as well as mobile phones and data. There is more detailed information at our i-students portal, International Student Support [ Ссылка ]

How to apply?

When applying online you will be requested to upload your resume, tests, current transcript, a writing sample, and other credentials that may support your case. You can add your English certificate, coherent motivation letters, and reference letters. GPA is very important, as well.
The program first considers applicants' portfolios and schedules online interviews with those whose applications are competitive. Based on the online portfolio assessment and interview, the program can award full or partial tuition fee waiver scholarships. Since the number of these scholarships is limited, it is highly advisable to apply early! To get a full scholarship, apply before the end of February.
