Welcome to Spintech Holdings 34,000 square foot headquarters facility in Miamisburg, Ohio. Our facility is nearly three years old now and we have added capabilities that are shown in our updated facility tour.
Upon entering the facility you enter our reception and display area.
Next is our Wright Brothers Board Room.
Spintech has 8,500 square feet of office, conference, and break room area to accommodate our rapid growth.
The shop floor includes 20,000 square feet of conditioned manufacturing space and 5,500 of unconditioned manufacturing space.
As part of our AS9100 D accreditation, we have a fully controlled receiving and inventory area.
In the fabric cutting room, our 6 foot by 22 foot automated fabric cutting machine allows us to quickly and accurately prepare fiber layups.
Our layup area is next where we also prepare our fabric to manufacture our Smart Tools. A drop in clean room will be added to this area later this year.
The fabrication area is set up to be fully configurable and modular, allowing us to quickly shift production between multiple projects and to accommodate dedicated fabrication lines. This area includes two 3-ton cranes on a 6 ton frame operating in a 50 foot by 40 foot work area.
The router area is next, this area includes an 8’ x 6’ x 14.5” high speed 4 axis router allowing for automated composite finishing.
The adjustable 20’ x 12’ x 10’ dust control booth with dual dust control systems isolates airborne debris that is caused by manual finishing work.
Our unconditioned oven and finishing room features 6 curing ovens, the largest is 40 feet long by 12.5 feet wide and tall.
