For day 5 of the EGG challenge, we made tamagokakegohan (卵かけご飯) also known as a raw egg over rice. This is a popular breakfast dish in Japan that I highly recommend NOT trying in any country other than Japan. The raw eggs here are totally safe to be eaten whereas in most countries can make you very sick. Let me know what you think in the comments!
