Back in 2015 I did not put the little "vector arrow" on some vectors (specifically, "algebraic vectors"), but it should be clear from my narrative that v_1, v_2, b, etc. are vectors. Please keep this in mind as you watch. Beginning 2016, I've been using the vector arrow on all vectors in my videos.
In this video, we'll take a quick look at the algebraic and geometric meanings of the linear combinations of a set of vectors. We will see an example in the 2-dimensional Euclidean space.
