How to install skin mods:
Place skin mod folders within res_mod/0.9.15/vehicles/(nation)

for example, all Amercian tanks would go in res_mod/0.9.15/vehicles/amercian

*if there is no 'vehicles' folder with res_mod/0.9.15, simply make a new folder and call it 'vehicles'
