We've been thinking about this review for a long time now as Stonemaier always provide a long lead time to reviewers to ensure the game can be played many times. And play we did! We had high expectations (great theme, great designer) but for some reason it fell a little flat for us and for our gaming groups. It gave us the opportunity to reflect on the core mechanic and why we sometimes were left feeling less-than-satisfied throughout the course of the game where others may not.
